Apple silicon serves Apple better on Mac’s then Intel did since their performance really produced more heat and were less efficient. In a ecosystem like Apple’s where thin is a important design cue. The future looked bleak for Intel providing what Apple wanted. It was about the same case Apple made with their switch from Power PC chips to Intel. But has Apple created a stagnant upgrade cycle with the the Apple silicon being so good that generational improvements won’t always bring in more upgrades or new sales. What’s the future for Apple silicon in terms of finding significant improvements to inspire upgrades. Does Apple even care anymore when Mac’s sales do not make up a whole lot of overall sales for Apple. Apple has less retooling then dealing with Intel and socket changes, and building Apple silicon on a SoC is also a cost savings. Now that the hype has died down, and generational cycles of Apple silicon mean less to current owners who don’t see a reason to upgrade. Personally, I think Apple is just fine with this, and may not even upgrade hardware as often with Mac’s. Case in point that iPad Pro got the M4 first before any Mac did.

Λάθος σε όλα.
1. Google Photos: κάποτε ήταν καλό και δωρεάν, τώρα δεν είναι τίποτα απ’ τα δύο. Το Apple Photos είναι καλύτερο σε computer vision, suggestions, memory creation, κτλ.
2. Siri: προφανώς δεν είναι το καλύτερο personal assistant, είναι όμως up there. Επίσης ήταν το πρώτο που κυκλοφόρησε.
3. Google Maps: κάποτε ήταν καλό, τώρα είναι άλλη μια εφαρμογή διαφήμισης. Το Apple Maps είναι καλύτερο σε σημαντικές χώρες, και διαρκώς βελτιώνεται.
4. AI focus: αν η Google είναι τόσο καλή, γιατί έφαγε τη σκόνη της OpenAI (και της Microsoft);
5. Final Cut: κορυφαία εφαρμογή, από τότε που κυκλοφόρησε μέχρι σήμερα.
6. Apple’s AI vision: πολύ βιάζεσαι να μιλήσεις. Η Apple έχει κορυφαίους επεξεργαστές, φορητούς και μη, τους προετοιμάζει για neural networks εδώ και χρόνια, και είναι η μόνη εταιρεία που μπορεί να βάλει το AI στις τσέπες όλων μας, on-device και including privacy. Εδώ είσαι κι εδώ είμαι.

Just imagine if Rusians made show about orphan Svetlana Kuznecova who worked hard on her basketball moves in dingy Siberia gym. After many ups and downs in het carrier she finished in NBA and beat Chicago Bulls and MJ. This is how insane and detached from reality “Queen Gambit” is. As European who know little bit about chess history.

In a world that medicines for all kinds of serious illnesses are NOT cheap and you have to pay thousands of euros for these treatments that will save you, why should we have the feeling that a mandatory vaccine is going to save you as well. If big pharma companies was some kind of missionary organizations they wouldn’t be targetting profit in their business, they wouldn’t get incredible fines for early marketing products with adequate testing and they wouldn’t staging mandatory jabs through the WHO and loyal goverments …

You are absolutely right! I, personally, called a private TV station and asked them to be more accurate and provide the viewers with the exact names of the streets where the fire was burning. Instead of that, although I must admit they sympathised very kindly with me, they just played a part of my story where I was talking about me trying to move my family to a safer place ,🤔🤨😠
